Everything published here was made in the studio, which means none of it is a finished mesh you have to take as it comes. Open a design and every dimension, pattern and setting that produced it is still there to change.
That is the difference from a model repository: you are not downloading somebody else's decisions about the size of their drawer or the thickness of their walls.
