Halloween and carnival mask generator
25 masks you can actually wear, from a full-face skull to a lace Venetian eye mask, built as a thin shell on a real face shape. Pick the size and the strap, and every one prints standing up with no supports.

How it works
- 1
Pick a mask
Skull, sugar skull, oni demon, ghost, cat, fox, wolf, bear, Venetian, domino or a blank volto — 25 ready-made starting points in the library, as wearable masks or as wall masks.
- 2
Set the fit
Choose full face, half (upper face) or eye mask, and a size: Kids (about 8–12 years), S, M or L. M fits a face about 140 mm across the cheekbones.
- 3
Choose the details
Smooth or low poly with a facet size from 10 to 30 mm, a wall from 1.6 to 3.2 mm, breathing holes on or off, and slots for a 10 mm elastic band, holes for elastic cord or no strap.

Download and print
Export the STL or 3MF. A wearable mask prints standing on its bottom edge; a wall mask prints face-up on its flat back. Neither needs supports.
The 25 masks
Every mask is one design on the same face-shaped shell, so a skull and a fox fit the same head. The wall masks are the same designs as solid reliefs to hang up.
- Skull mask
- Full face with brow ridges, cheekbones, a pointed nasal opening and teeth with breathing gaps; about 150 × 205 mm at size M.
- Skull half mask
- The skull from the brow to the upper lip, leaving the mouth free for talking and drinking.
- Skull mask — kids
- The full-face skull for children of about 8–12, around 130 mm wide, with a 1.8 mm wall.
- Sugar skull mask (Día de los Muertos)
- Calavera with petals round the eyes, a forehead flower, swirls and a stitched smile whose stitches are breathing slits; raised lines ready to paint.
- Oni demon mask
- Japanese-style demon with hollow horns, a scowling brow and a fanged grin; about 150 × 230 mm.

Made to fit a face
A wearable mask is a shell that follows a generic adult face — brow, eye sockets, nose, lips and chin — with a clearance between the two. The size scales the whole shell: Kids, S, M and L, with M fitting a face about 140 mm across the cheekbones.
The coverage decides how much of the face it hides. A full mask runs down to the chin, a half mask stops at the upper lip so you can talk and drink, and an eye mask is a band across the eyes. Breathing holes sit where the design has them anyway: nostrils, gaps between teeth, the stitches of the sugar skull.
Printing tips for a 0.4 mm nozzle and PLA
Print a wearable mask exactly as it is exported: standing on its bottom edge (the chin, the upper lip of a half mask, the lower edge of an eye mask) with the face pointing forward. The shell curves round a vertical axis, every hole has a pointed top, and every layer rests on the one below, so it needs no supports at any size.
Wall masks print lying on their flat back, face up, with every surface facing upward; 10–15% infill is plenty. A wide wall mask is scaled down so it never comes out wider than the bed.
- Wall thickness
- 2 mm by default, 1.6 to 3.2 mm; the kids skull and the eye masks use 1.8 mm to stay light.
- Supports
- None, for wearable and wall masks alike.
- Strap
- Slots for a 10 mm elastic band, holes for elastic cord or ribbon, or none.
- Wall mask height
- 120 to 240 mm, with an optional nail pocket in the back that hangs on a nail or screw head.
Questions
Will the mask fit me?
Size M fits a face about 140 mm across the cheekbones; choose S or L for a smaller or larger face, or Kids for children of about 8–12. All sizes use the same face shape, so changing the size scales the whole mask.
Does it need supports?
No. A wearable mask prints standing on its bottom edge and a wall mask prints face-up on its flat back, and both are shaped so that nothing overhangs.
Can I print a mask in several colours?
Each mask is a single part, so it prints in one filament. The raised lines of the sugar skull are made for painting, the low poly masks paint well in 2 tones, and the ghost looks best in white or glow-in-the-dark PLA.
Which filament should I use?
PLA works for every mask. Keep the default 2 mm wall for a mask you will wear, or go up to 3.2 mm for a sturdier one.
Can I sell the masks I print?
Printed items are covered by the commercial licence from the Pro plan upward, and the library is in the Ultra plan. The digital files themselves may not be redistributed.
Which plan includes the masks?
They are part of the parametric object library in the Ultra plan, which also includes everything in Pro.
